“We are still grieving the loss of Mercedes but we would like to express our sincere thanks for all the dignity you and the staff provided during her final moments at the office. We are also overwhelmed with your choice of using D&D Pet Crematory – the end result was so fitting for “Mercedes” who was a part of our life for many years.”

“Dear Carlos, Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity. My family loves the cedar chest and gold plate for Delilah. We are so happy that she is home and that she is in the beautiful cedar chest that reflects how special she was.  You are obviously a very kind person. We wish you a Happy New Year!”

“Thank you very much for the condolence card with the beautiful prayer for Ted. I was really warmed by your thoughtfulness. I wanted to write you and compliment you on your warmth and your professionalism. As I mentioned, I came to visit your property 8 years ago when I was looking for the perfect retirement spot for Teddy.  At the time I met you, you told me that when the day came I would have options. I really appreciated that and instantly knew that the only person I would want to handle my horse’s body would be you. On the same note, I want to greatly thank you for suggesting D& D for Ted’s cremation. They were also exceptionally nice and professional. You dropped Ted to them on Wednesday and they hand delivered his remains to me on Friday. I was blown away. Also, his remains and his shoes are in a beautiful tin they provided with a scene of running horses on it. Then tin came with a little “in remembrance of” certificate. I just could not get over how thoughtful they are, as well as being a very good price. Lastly, thank you for taking care of Ted so promptly and updating me when you dropped him off. Again, this just reconfirmed that he was in the right caring hands and really gave me comfort during my grieving. Rest assured that when any of my friends or barn mates need such services, you will be at the top of my list of recommendations.”

“Having a pet die is such a tragedy.  And having my pug die without warning… I was really beside myself- My dog passed away in the backyard at the ripe old age of 18.  I found her when I got home form work… What to do? Take her to the vet? and then what? My dog hated the vet . I checked around and discovered the team at D and D services.  Carlos from D and D kindly came to my home and personally picked up Penny’s remains. After few days I was able to retrieve her ashes and now I have her well honored in a tasteful small urn with her name on it.   The whole process was thoughtful and very easy . The entire team was so helpful and kind. I would highly recommend D and D”

“D&D Cremation Services treated me well after a very saddening event . I had just put my cat down that day and had a miserable experience at my veterinary office (which I will review at a later time when I can review them more fairly). The girl on the phone was very sympathetic to all of my questions, and I had many. My feline friend of 19 years has given me much joy. The girl reassured me that my pet would be taken care of in a humane way and that I would receive her ashes, and only hers, in a few days along with a nice cedar box and her paw print. She even called me the next day to let me know that she was received and to make sure that my cats name was spelled correctly. I am grateful that that was a good experience to help me get through that time.”

“Words cannot describe the sadness I’ve felt the last 12 days over the loss of our dog Zeke, he was my 4 legged child for the last 12yrs, and my best friend. He brought so much joy to me, and my girls. When I received the call that he was ready to be picked up, my heart sank all over again. How could I possibly go back to the place I saw him for the very last time? My sister was kind enough to bring Zeke back home where he belongs, and I actually smiled tonite, for the first time in 12 days. I have my baby boy back home with me. The cedar box with Zekie’s name on it is beautiful, and what a nice sentiment the white rose. I am very pleased with D & D. Thank you for making me smile again.”

“What a class act, thank you D&D. Thank you for sending my cat back to me with dignity. My last experience with a pet cremation was really bad; I don’t remember the companies name but was leery when this pet died last Sat. Thank you thank you! The rose attached to the bag was really beautiful. Thanks again”
